The Organizing Committee, Polish Genetic Society and Polish Society of Human Genetics are delighted to invite you to attend the III-rd Polish Congress of Genetics, which will be held in Lublin, Poland on September 12-15, 2010.

     Genetics is one of the most expansively developing biological sciences. Its spectacular achievements are not only scientific but also of practical importance in several domains of human life. Genetics progress has direct impact on medical sciences, diagnostic of genetic diseases, forensic medicine or modern biology and biotechnology. Congress is a place of meeting of active members of the scientific community that are engaged in humans, animals, plants and microorganisms genetics. They will present their achievements and discuss of the most recent advances in all aspects of genetics.

     We hope that the scientific program will fulfill the expectations of all participants, stimulate discussion and help in building of collaborations.

     Institute Microbiology and Biotechnology University of Maria Curie-Skłodowska, University of Life Sciences and Medical University are local organizers of Congress. All meetings will be held at Congress Center of University of Life Sciences localized in Academic Campus in the center of Lublin. We also warmly invite all of you to see the picturesque surroundings of Lublin such as Kozłówka and Kazimierz Dolny on the Vistula River.
